RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in original condition and have the plastic cover. Due to hygiene regulations, products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken and the product has already been used.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
The cost of the return is borne by the customer and it must always bear an order number. The sender is responsible for the return shipment at all times.
